NEW YORK – September 28, 2017 – Crate Club is pleased to announce that a mobile app for Android devices is available on Google Play. Now both Apple and Android smartphone and tablet users can gain instant access to their Crate Club account, contact customer service, make purchases, get expert gear tips and more—anywhere, anytime.
The Crate Club was created by US military veterans who wanted to provide high-quality tactical and survival gear to those seeking to be better prepared for life’s unknowns or aid in their next adventure. Each month, a team of six Spec Ops veterans source, test and approve each item that goes out to subscribers. And now, when customers download the app, they’ll receive the following benefits:
Manage Crate Club subscription.
Edit payment details, cancel subscription or skip a shipment.
Contact customer service.
Purchase a new subscription with a seamless checkout experience.
Gain full access to the Crate Club knowledge base for gear reviews and expert survival tips.
“If our customers are anything like us, they’re on the go and rarely indoors for too long,” said Crate Club Director Drew Dwyer. “That’s why it’s so important for us to offer a mobile app—for instant access day or night, indoors or out. One of the app features we’re most excited about is the ability to tap into gear reviews and tips from the pros. It’s a great way to share the reasons behind our selection process and help subscribers get the most out of their crate contents each month.”
Several Crate Club Levels
The team is proud to offer different crates for all levels of gear enthusiasts. The new Operator Crate is delivered monthly with a price tag of $129.99 a month. The Standard Crate and Pro Crates also arrive monthly and are priced at $34.99 and $59.99 a month respectively. Discounts are available for a six-month and one-year commitment.
The Premium Crate is a level above the rest. It arrives four times each year at the price of $399.00 per quarter. Membership into the Premium Crate Club is limited—and features exclusive, hard-to-get gear. Past items have included a handmade custom knife by former Navy SEAL Shane Hiatt as well as a trauma pack put together by Benghazi attack hero Kris Paronto. Paronto is also on the panel making the decisions each month.
As a bonus, participation in any Crate Club level grants members access to the annual club gathering in Las Vegas or New York. More information on all crates and options is available at online.
